Koh Phangan is hot all year round. Since the island has a tropical rainforest there are often short showers. These reduce the humidity and keep everything green. The rainy season starts some time around the end of October and finishes in the first week or so of December. Sunrise Villa is closed during this time. February to April is the hottest period. June and July has the most sunshine and the clearest skies.
